The Energy Savings & Carbon Reduction Evaluation helps facilities quantify the financial and environmental impact of upgrading an existing dust, fume, or mist collection system with Ecogate technology.
Ecogate engineers evaluate your current system operation, fan energy consumption, airflow demand, and workstation utilization to estimate potential yearly electricity savings. The evaluation can also help support discussions around utility incentives, carbon reduction goals, and internal project justification.
Ecogate’s system is designed to reduce fan energy by supplying airflow only where and when it is needed, while maintaining Minimum Conveying Velocities throughout the duct network. Post-installation, Ecogate system data can also support savings verification and reporting.
