The Dust Collector Controller (DCC)
The Ecogate Dust Collector Controller can save facilities up to $10,000 annually on a 200 HP collector by cutting both electricity use and manual operation. Compatible with any dust collector, it works by automatically shutting down all dust collector motors when workstations are idle and restarting them as soon as machines become active.
Every motor in your dust collector — from the main fan to the airlock — is VFD-controlled for precise speed management, smooth starts, and unlimited start/stop cycles. Built-in stall, underload, and overload protection safeguards against mechanical faults, broken belts, or blockages, while reducing mechanical stress, lowering peak demand charges, and extending equipment life.

The Dust Collector Interface a Monitoring-Only Option

Need monitoring only? The Ecogate Dust Collector Interface delivers the same sensor package and APL logic as the Dust Collector Controller—without VFDs for motor control. The control board is identical to the Controller, so you can add VFDs later using the built-in Modbus Master. Install it to get real-time data, alarms, and remote dashboards immediately.
