It can manage many ventilation systems with up to 36 gates. This control system allows users to easily expand and add more systems in the future. It is remotely accessible, over internet upgradable, and cost-effective. The system is designed to be fully automated, so users are expected to just use their workstations.

The brain of the Ecogate system, the greenBOX, is a state-of-the-art control unit designed to optimize your dust/fume/mist collection system resulting in electricity savings between 50% to 75%.
This control unit can manage your entire dust collection system: it opens and closes workstation gates, starts and stops ventilation fan(s) and dust collectors, adjusts the fan(s) speed via Power Master VFD, and maintains minimum transport air velocities in the duct system.
By utilizing real-time air velocity, volume, and pressure measurements, it continuously monitors your machines' activities to determine the airflow requirements. Air velocities, volumes, and pressures are measured at gates, calculated at branches, and assessed at the system level.Tech Specs

For a complete system, you need a greenBOX control unit, Ecogate Smart Gates of proper diameter for all workstations, Volt or current sensors for all workstations, Power Master Variable Frequency Drive, Ecogate Master Cable to connect the gates to the greenBOX, and Ecogate Sensor Cable to connect sensors to the gates.
