The greenBOX® is a microprocessor based unit that controls up to eight workstations with ECOGATE ® gates and a central dust collector. It has automatic and manual control modes (the manual mode allows the user to open/close gates by pressing a button on the greenBOX® panel). Switched power output for central dust collector. Eight control channels (input/outputs) to connect vibrating sensors ECOde and ECOGATE® gates. Saves time, energy and your health.

Key Features
- The vibrating ECOde ® sensor continuously monitors your machinery. Whenever a machine is turned on, the greenBOX ® opens the corresponding gate and turns the dust collector on. When the machine is turned off, the gate closes and the dust collector is stopped. This means no remote control is necessary.
- The system is automatically ON when you want it to be on, and OFF when you want it to be off. No more walking across your shop twice for every machine usage. You can forget about your dust collecting system and focus on your work.
- greenBOX® is compatible with both the ECOde sensor and the toroid sensor (reads current to the machine).
- Selectable "Dust collector OFF delay function" (0, 2, 5, 10 minutes).
- Dust collector compatibility: up to 1 HP one phase 115V, 2 HP two phase 230V (a larger dust collector can be connected via external contactor, see EG 400 power relay.
