UPGRADE AN EXISTING OVERCROWDED DUST COLLECTING SYSTEM

Ideal for commericial shops or medium sized factories. In case your shop has expanded and you are left with an undersize dust collector, the ECOGATE System can greatly improve system performance, without the expense of making your system bigger (you will save on electricity too).

Opens gates automatically when workstations are ON, closes gates when workstations are OFF. This unit controls up to 22 workstations and switches dust collector ON/OFF. Maintains minimum air flow in the duct system. Fully programmable via Windows PC. (see greenBOX PRO+ if you need to control variable speed drive)

Allows use of smaller dust collector, increases suction (FPM) at machines in use, saves about 20% of electricity. Cost effective solution, where greenBOX MASTER and variable speed drive are too expensive.

Smaller unit greenBOX allows the connection of only 8 workstations and allows only limited length of cable between control unit and blast gate (not suitable for industrial installations), unit greenBOX ONE (for ONE workstation) controls just one gate, the greenBOX MASTER is for large industrial systems.

ECOGATE motorized gates total 22 channels for gates/sensors (24 V DC, max .current 0,8A), max. two gates in parallel on one channel.

Gates 4" to 12" (EG204 -EG212), ECOde /i sensor (EG309), power relay for switching the dust collector (EG400 up to 15 HP, EG401 up to 30 HP @ 3-phase 460 V).

Settings by Windows PC software (deliverd with each system): gate timing, number of open gates (to maintain air-velocity), dust collector shut-off delay and more.
